不同温型大豆与其叶片生理性状的关系研究

摘    要:为揭示自然界大豆种质材料冠层温度是否存在差异,采用BAU-I型红外测温仪,观测了5个大豆品种植株的冠层温度,同步测定其功能叶片的部分生理性状。结果表明,自然界存在冠层温度偏低的低温大豆种质即冷型大豆(如汾豆55、冀NF58)和冠层温度偏高的高温大豆种质即暖型大豆(如94101、东大2号)。在整个籽粒灌浆期,冷型大豆功能叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于暖型大豆,随生育期的推移,丙二醛(MDA)含量积累速度也慢于暖型大豆。由此认为不同大豆种质材料冠层温度存在差异,且温度型归属与功能叶片生理性状的优劣有着紧密联系。

Abstract:To study whether canopy temperature of different soybean germplasm materials exist difference in nature,using infrared radiation thermometer(the model number is BAU-I) to observe the canopy temperature of different soybean varieties,at the same time,surveyed some physiological characters of their fundation leaf.The results showed that there are soybean germ plasm materials that they have a low canopy temperature in nature,that is the cold soybean(such as Fendou 55 and Ji NF 58),and there are soybean germ plasm materials that they have a high canopy temperature in nature,that is the warm soybean(suh as 94101 and Dongda 2).During the all grain filling,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and the activities of SOD of the foundation leaf of cold soybean are higher than that of warm soybean,the increasing rate of MDA content in the foundation leaf of cold soybean is obviously slower than that of warm soybean.Those indicated that there are difference in canopy stemperature of different soybean germ plasm materials,and the temperature type is correlated closely with the physiological characters of foundation leaf.
