中药复方宫炎净提取物中生物碱对家兔部分血液学指标的影响

摘    要:为研究中药复方宫炎净提取物中生物碱对子宫内膜炎家兔部分血液学指标的影响,制备家兔子宫内膜炎模型,分别在用药前、用药4d和用药7d采血,对血液中Ca、P浓度变化、红细胞总数、血红蛋白质量、红细胞压积以及白细胞分类计数变化进行测定。结果表明,中药复方宫炎净提取物中生物碱能显著增加血液中红细胞总数、淋巴细胞数量及Ca浓度(P0.05),极显著提高血液中血红蛋白质量及淋巴细胞百分比(P0.01);并能极显著降低白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、中性粒细胞百分比及红细胞压积(P0.01)。说明中药复方宫炎净提取物中生物碱能调节子宫内膜炎家兔部分血液指标,使之恢复正常。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the alkaloid in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing extract on some hematological indexes in rabbit,the endometritis model was established in rabbit and blood samples were collected at 0 d,4 d and 7 d to detect the contents of calcium,phosphorous,the red blood cells,hemoglobin,hematocrit and white blood cells. The results showed that the alkaloid in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing extract could significantly increase the number of red blood cells,the number of lymphocyte and the calcium content (P<0.05),extremely increase the content of hemoglobin and the lymphocyte percentage(P<0.01); and extremely reduce the total number of white blood cells,the number of neutrophils,the neutrophil percentage and the hematocrit(P<0.01). It means that the alkaloid in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing extract can regulate some hematological indexes in rabbit suffering from endometritis and make it back to normal.
