摘    要:为了探索不同地区醉马草中活性物质的差异及对奶牛乳房炎性表皮葡萄球菌生物膜形成的影响,通过微量板半定量法对1号采集点和2号采集点的醉马草所制备的水煎液及提取的总生物碱进行生物膜形成影响的检测。结果显示,1号采集点的醉马草水煎液及提取的总生物碱在不影响表皮葡萄球菌生长的情况下对生物膜形成有显著抑制作用(P0.05),而相同处理的2号采集点样品对表皮葡萄球菌的生长及生物膜形成均无明显影响(P0.05)。该结果表明不同地区来源的醉马草中总生物碱的成分受地理环境因素影响较大,与地域性密切相关。

Abstract:To explore the differences of the active substances in glabrous crazyweed herb(GCH) of different regions and the effects on biofilm formation by clinical Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from dairy cow mastitis cases, the semi quantitative assay was used to examine the effect on biofilm formation of the decoction of GCH and extraction of alkaloids from collection site 1 and 2. The results showed that the decoction and alkaloids from the site 1 had significant inhibition on biofilm formation (P<0.05) without affecting the bacterial growth. However, the samples from the collection site 2 had no effect (P>0.05) both on the biofilm formation and growth. It suggested that the alkaloids in GCH from different regions were largely affected by geographical environment factors and had a close relation with the growth region.
