奇善宝对杂交小麦西杂5号产量及品质的影响

摘    要:为了解奇善宝(海洋寡糖生物制剂)对杂交小麦产量及品质的影响,选用西杂5号小麦品种为供试材料,研究奇善宝拌种及在拌种基础上不同生育时期叶面喷施处理对其产量和品质的影响。结果表明,奇善宝处理能提高杂交小麦分蘖能力,增加次生根数量,冬前调查,拌种处理的单株分蘖比对照增加25%,次生根比对照增加26%;同时还能提高小麦的抗寒性和抗倒伏能力,经处理的小麦受冻叶片较少,各处理的倒伏率为5.0%~9.4%,均低于对照的10.2%;奇善宝处理有显著地增产效果,产量增加3.1%~7.8%。奇善宝处理后籽粒、蛋白质、湿面筋含量,延展性均低于对照。

Abstract:In order to reveal the application effect of Qishanbao (oligosaccharide) on the hybrid wheat, choose Xiza 5 as the research material, a experiment was conducted to study the effects of the treatments on wheat yield and main quality traits by seed dressing and foliar spraying in different growth periods. The results showed that the treatments of Qishanbao could increase the tillering capacity and increase the number of secondary roots in the growth. The investigation before winter showed that the number of tillers of the seed dressing treatment increased 25% compared with the control and the secondary roots increased 26%. The cold resistance and lodging resistance of the wheat were improved. The number of frozen wheat leaves was less than the control, the lodging rate of the treatments was 5.0%-9.4% while the control group was 10.2%. The yield was obviously increased by 3.1%-7.8%. Some quality traits showed variation after spraying of Qishanbao, the protein content, wet gluten content decreased and the extensibility decreased.
