| 摘 要： | 从2002年10月起，应用LMT从西安及其周边地区184个乳区的1000头奶牛中抽取了48头，进行奶牛隐性乳腺炎的调查及病原菌的分离鉴定。结果西安及其周边地区患隐性乳腺炎奶牛占总头数的66．7W，患隐性乳腺炎乳区占总乳区的35．4％。4个乳区全阳性者占15．2％。共检出细菌67株，其中金黄色葡萄球菌占总检出菌41．8％。链球菌占总检出菌29．9％。G^ 杆菌与G^-杆菌各3株，分别占总检出菌4．5％。

| Abstract: | We have investigated infection ratio of dairy subclinicalmastitis in xi''an area of China since Oct 2002 Wegot 48 sumples from 1 000 cow sand diagno sed those total 184 quarters by LMT and SCC.The results revealed cowinfected subclinicalmastitis total to 66.7%.Quarters infected sublinical mastitis total to 35.4%.Cowuninfected total to 61.2%.subclinical mastitis only total to 16.7%.We isolated 67 strains of pathogens including 41 strains of Staphylococcus, total to 41.8%.20 strains of strep to coccus,total to 29.9%.3 strains of G+ bacteria, total to 4.5%.3 strain s of G- bacteria,total to 45%. |
