摘    要:在小麦全生育期遮雨条件下 ,研究了限水灌溉对强筋小麦子粒淀粉及其组分积累的影响。结果表明 ,总淀粉产量、支链淀粉产量和子粒产量随灌水量的增加而增加 ,超过一定灌水量后产量降低 ,直链淀粉产量随灌水量的增加逐渐增加。淀粉及其组分积累量呈“S”形曲线 ,直链淀粉比支链淀粉积累慢 ,积累速率峰值出现在花后 2 0 d和 30 d。与对照相比 ,灌水降低了灌浆期支链淀粉、总淀粉积累量和积累速率 ,对直链淀粉积累量和积累速率有增加趋势 ,但淀粉量的积累与灌水次数关系不明显 ,而花后增加灌水增加了后期淀粉及其组分积累速率 ,降低了直 /支比值

Abstract:Effect of limited irrigation on grain starch and its component accumulation of strong gluten winter wheat was studied under rain-sheltered conditions.The result indicated that starch yield and amylopection yield and grain yield increased with the increase of irrigation but they decreased with too much irrigation.Amylose yield increased gradually with the increase of irrigation.Accumulation of grain starch and its component assumed "S" pattern and amylose was more slowly than amylopection.The summit of accumulating rate appeared on 20 or 30 day after anthesis.Compared with CK,irrigation decreased starch and amylopection accumulation and its rate but it increased amypose.It is not significant between starch accumulation and irrigation times but increasing irrigation after anthesis increased starch and its component accumulating rate and reduced amylose/amylopection in late stage of grain filling.
