| 摘 要： | 在普通塑料大棚内，对影响猕猴桃试管苗移栽成活的因素进行研究，结果表明，空气湿度、温度、移栽季节是影响试管苗成活的关键因子，同时充分的炼苗也是获得高成活率的必要条件。在移栽1－15d内，空气湿度保持在90％以上，能获得较高的成活率。适宜的移栽温度为8－22℃较适宜。移栽基质为沙：土：粪＝2：1：1的复合土；除夏季高温时期成活率低外，其余季节均可进行移栽，而以冬季移栽成活率最高。
