转基因抗虫棉农艺性状及抗病性

摘    要:对关中棉区10个主要转基因抗虫棉及非抗虫棉品种(系) 材料的生育特性、产量结构性状、抗病性变化等进行了试验研究及分析, 结果表明,转基因抗虫棉与非抗虫棉相比,平均出苗时间推迟0.6 d,开花期推迟0.4 d,生育期延长0.4 d,苗期生长势较弱,产量结构因素指标均有不同程度降低,其中衣分和单铃质量相差较大.与非抗虫棉相比,转基因抗虫棉黄萎病和红叶茎枯病明显加重,枯萎病情变化不大.

Abstract:The experiments were conducted to investigate the yield characters,growth and development of plant,resistance to diseases conventional cotton varities (lines) with and without pest-resistant gene Bt.The results showed that compared with cotton without pest resistance,the transgenic cotton germinated later 0.6d,as well as anthesis being postponed for 0.4d,the whole growing period increasing by 0.4d.Not only the seedling growth is weaker but also the yield and its components decreased to different degrees,in ...
