不同基因型烤烟品种吸收钾差异的根系特性研究

以4个烤烟品种为试验材料,研究了不同基因型烤烟苗期根系形态学和生理学特性。采用植株钾含量、钾积累量和植株钾利用率等指标,把烤烟品种分成钾高效积累型和钾高效利用型,并从根系形态和生理方面分析了两种类型的差异。结果表明,苗期烤烟不同类型间根系还原力、根系阳离子交换量(CEC)、活跃吸收面积和总吸收面积差异显著,钾高效积累型烤烟品种的活跃吸收面积、总吸收面积、根系阳离子交换量(CEC)和根系还原力显著大于钾高效利用型品种,而类型内各品种间的差异不显著;不同类型间根系鲜重、根体积、地上部干重和总干重等指标差异不显著。

The Roots Charateristics of Different Genotype Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties in Absorption Potassium

With four flue-cured tobacco varieties as the materials,Different genotype flue-cured tobacco variety root system morphology and physiologic characteristic were studied in seedling stage.Uses plant content of potassium,the accumulation of potassium and utilization of potassium and so on as target,divided flue-cured tobacco variety into two kind of types: potassium highly effective accumulation type and potassium highly effective use type,the two kind of types differences from the root system shape and the physiological aspect were analyzed.The result showed that different type flue-cured tobacco was remarkable on the root system motive power,the root system cation exchange capacity(CEC),the active uptake area and the total uptake area difference in the seedling stage,the potassium highly effective accumulation flue-cured tobacco variety active uptake area,the total uptake area,the root system cation exchange capacity(CEC) and the root system motive power was remarkably bigger than the potassium highly effective use variety,but various varieties change in the type was not remarkable.The root fresh weight,the root volume,dry wight of shoot and dry wight of whole plant and so on was not remarkably different in the different type.
