葵盘、麦秆和豆杆中温厌氧发酵产气潜力及其特性研究

摘    要:以葵盘、麦秆和豆杆为发酵原料,采用批量发酵工艺,在(30 ±1)℃下对葵盘、麦秆、豆杆进行厌氧发酵产沼气潜力及特性的试验研究.结果表明, 30℃时,总固体浓度TS为8%的葵盘、麦秆和豆杆的累计产气量分别为14 605 、22 317、29 006 mL;日最高产气量分别为1 910 、950 、1 050 mL;最高甲烷体积分数分别为67.7%、70.7%、80.7%;TS产沼气潜力分别为137.90、207.47、268.51 mL/g.说明葵盘、麦秆和豆杆作为发酵原料有较高的产沼气潜力.

Abstract:Sunflower plate, wheat straw and bean straw were used as substrats, batch fermentation was adopted to study their biogas potential and characteristics at medium and at high temperature. The results are as follows: the total production of biogas of sunflower plate, wheat straw and soybean straw at 30℃ are 14 605 ,22 317,29 006 mL respectively, the highest average production of biogas (per day)are 1 910 ,950 ,1 050 mL;the methane content are 67. 7% ,70. 7% ,80. 7% , respectively, the unit TS biogas yield are 137. 90 mL/g,207. 47 mL/g,268. 51 mL/g respectively. The results showed that sunflower plate,wheat straw and soybean straw have high biogas production potential.
