生防菌株B56-3防治猕猴桃溃疡病的初步研究

摘    要:从猕猴桃根际土壤分离到的生防菌株B56-3对猕猴桃溃疡病菌具有较强的抑菌活性。盆栽试验结果表明该菌株的发酵滤液对猕猴桃溃疡病菌有较强的保护作用;田间试验结果表明,采用喷雾和病斑刮除涂抹相结合的方法防治较佳,稀释100倍的B56-3发酵滤液的治疗效果和病斑治愈率分别可达86.5%和91.4%。此外,施药后植株的SOD和POD酶活性变化趋势大致相同,先迅速增强,中间保持一段时间的高活性,后缓慢下降,最后保持一个相对较高的水平。

Abstract:Strain of B56-3 was obtained from the soil of the rhizosphere of kiwifruit,which had strong antibacterial activity against Pseuomonas syringae pv.Actinidiae.Results of pot experiment showed that the fermentation filtrate of B56-3 had strong protective efficiency on Pseuomonas syringae pv.Syringae.The combination of spraying and smearing the infected tissue after got rid of,was the better way in field experiment.The cure effect and disease spot curability could get to 86.5% and 91.4%,when the fermentation filtrate was diluted 100 times.And result also revealed that the variation in activities of SOD and POD had a similar tendency in the treated plant;both of them increased rapidly at first,maintained the highest activity in the middle,then decreased tardily and kept a higher activity at last.
