两种药用植物残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜3种病害防治效果

摘    要:通过室内孢子萌发试验和盆栽试验测定了药用植物砂地柏和马齿苋残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病、霜霉病和炭疽病的活性.孢子萌发试验结果表明,马齿苋残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病菌和炭疽病菌孢子萌发具有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别达到78.69%和60.28%,对黄瓜霜霉病菌孢子萌发的抑制效果较差;砂地柏残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜炭疽病菌孢子萌发具有显著抑制作用,抑制率达到59.75%,对其他两种病原菌孢子萌发的抑制效果较差.盆栽试验结果表明,两种药用植物残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜3种病害的防治效果随浸提液含量的增加而增大,当使用浸提液原液时,砂地柏残渣堆肥浸提液和马齿苋残渣堆肥浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果最好,保护和治疗效果分别为66.30%、61.02%和78.72%、76.75%,其次为黄瓜霜霉病,对黄瓜炭疽病的防治效果较差.

Abstract:The inhibitory activity of the compost tea of Sabina vulgaris Ant and Portulaca oleracea L. on Botrytis cinerea Pers,Psudoperonospora cubensi and Collectotrichum lagenarium was determined by methods of spore germination and potted plants,respectively. Results of the method of spore germination indicated that the compost tea of P. oleracea Land had high inhibitory activity on spore germination of B. cinerea Pers and C. lagenariu,with the inhibitory rate of 78.69% and 60.28%,respectively,but low on that of P. cubensis. The inhibitory activity of the compost tea of S. vulgaris Ant on the three diseases was contrary to that of P. oleracea Land had high inhibitory activity on spore germination of P. cubensis with inhibitory rate of 59.75%.Results of the potted plants indicated that the control effect of two compost tea on the three diseases increased with increasing concentration. The two both showed highest inhibitory activity on B. cinerea Pers,with the protective effect of 66.30% and 61.02%,and the therapeutic effect of 78.72% and 76.75%,respectively,followed by P.cubensis and C. lagenarium.
