水杨酸对附子叶斑病的诱导抗性及作用机理研究

摘    要:用5 mmol/L的水杨酸(SA)对附子抗病品种和感病品种分别进行诱导,两天后接种乌头壳针孢,研究处理后附子叶片相关酶活性的变化,结果表明,SA诱导后能明显增强附子叶片内POD、PPO、PAL的活性;诱导接种处理比对照接种处理酶活性增加更为明显,同时抗病品种比感病品种酶活性更强,增加幅度更大,高酶活持续时间更长。处理7 d后SA在抗病品种和感病品种上表现出的诱抗效果分别达30.43%和21.21%。研究表明,外施水杨酸能诱导附子抗叶斑病,在抗病品种上比感病品种上表现的更好。

Abstract:Changes of POD,PPO and PAL activity in A.carmichaeli leaves were studied after spraying salicylic acid(SA) 2 days before inoculation with Septoria aconite Bacc.The results showed that the activity of POD,PPO and PAL increased obviously after spraying with SA.SA treated plants had higher enzymatic activities than control after inoculation with Septoria aconite Bacc.At the same time,the resistant cultivar showed stronger and longer enzymatic activities than the susceptible one.Induced-resistance effects were investigated after treated 7days on resistant cultivar and susceptible cultivar,and the results showed that the effective percentage was 30.43% and 21.21% respectively.It was apparently deduced that the control effect to Septoria aconite Bacc was better on resistant cultivar than susceptible one after spraying with SA.
