| 摘 要： | 测定了小蓬草水浸提液对小麦、油菜和白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明：①小蓬草水浸提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长具有显著的抑制作用,且这种抑制作用随着浓度的增加而增强;②浓度为0.05 g/mL的小蓬草水浸提液对油菜和白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长具有促进作用,浓度为0.40 g/mL的小蓬草水浸提液对油菜和白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长具有抑制作用.小蓬草水浸提液含有酚类物质.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the effect of leaching liquor of Conyza canadensis on seed germination and seedling growth of three crops including wheat,rape and cabbage.The main results were as follows:The leaching liquor of Conyza canadensis could remarkably inhibite the seed''s germination and seedling growth of wheat.And this inhibition strengthened with the concentration increasing.0.05 g/mL leaching liquor of Conyza canadensis could accelerate the seed germination and seedling growth of rape and cabbage.0.40 g/mL leaching liquor of Conyza canadensis could inhibite the seed germination and seedling growth of rape and cabbage.The identification test had proven the leaching liquor of Conyza canadensis had the phenol chemicals. |
