甘草多糖对小鼠生长性能及细胞免疫能力的影响

摘    要:将甘草多糖以不同剂量给小鼠腹腔注射,对其生长性能(体重)和对T细胞的E玫瑰花环实验进行测定。结果表明:甘草多糖能明显提高小鼠的生长性能和T细胞的E玫瑰花环数量,与对照组相比,差异显著。

Abstract:Aniso-dose glycyrrhiza polysaccharide was injected into abdominal cavity of mice.The effect of glycyrrhiza polysaccharide on growth performance and immune function of the mice was determined.The results showed the mice''s growth performance and immune function had been improved,there was significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group.
