摘    要:针对宁夏灌区小麦白粉病逐年加重的趋势,笔者将分别含有Pm4b、Pm13、Pm21的小麦材料与宁夏推广品种进行聚合杂交,采用早代抗病鉴定,淘汰感病株,F3代50个抗病株利用Pm4b的STS标记,Pm13和Pm21的SCAR标记进行检测.通过对反应体系的优化,从中筛选到聚合Pm4b、Pm13和Pm21三个基因的抗病株3株,聚合Pm4b和Pm13基因的抗病株2株,聚合Pm4b和Pm21基因抗病株3株,聚合Pm13和Pm21基因抗病株2株.为培育持久、广谱抗病小麦品种奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to cope with wheat powdery mildew aggravating year by year in Ningxia irrigation area, polymerized crossings were made between wheat materials containing Pm4b,Pm13,Pm21 genes and Ningxia cultivars. The plants susceptible to powdery midew were eliminated by early generational identification. The STS marker for Pm4b and SCAR marker for Pm13 and PmV were used to indenti- fy. the genes in fifty F3 plants which had resistance to powdery midew. Two plant pyramiding three genes of Pm4b,Pm13 and Pm21, two plants pyramiding Pm4b and Pm13, three plants pyramiding Pm4b and Pro21, two plants pyramiding Pm13 and Pm21 were selected from these fifty plants. This result has laid the foundation for breeding wheat varieties with durable and broad-spectrum resistance to powdery midew.
