提高棉花花粉管通道法转化率的研究

摘    要:针对棉花不同受体材料、果台、棉铃大小、注射时间以及操作技术的研究 ,逐步总结出一套适合于新疆的实用操作方法。使外源 DNA通过花粉管通道导入技术得到了不断提高 ,注射棉铃未落铃率平均达到2 5 %以上 ,最高达到 5 6% ,大大提高了外源 DNA的转化率 ,获得了针对性强的高表达率转化棉花植株

Abstract:Cotton is big embryo sac plant with multiembry, using pollen tube pathway transfer exogenous DNA, one flower can get many seeds. After many years systematic studying and grouping in field, taking different breed variety and different fruit spur and advanced transfer technique, a useful and economic transfer method was got. The transformation efficiency of exogenous DNA was gradually improved. The transferred boll`s rate of existing can up to 25 percent, some can up to 56 percent. Many high expression plants were acquired.
