多层次综合聚类在黄牛品种分类上的应用

摘    要:应用陕西4个黄牛群体的6个血液蛋白位点、8个毛色位点及7项形态特征共21类遗传标记特征的分布频率进行综合模糊聚类分析,结果表明:在取MR^4=0.974时,将陕西4个黄牛群体划分为南北2种类型。确认秦岭山脉是陕西不同类型黄牛群体在地理上的分界线。亦确认多层次综合聚类是目前黄牛品种类划分最适宜之方法。

Abstract:The mufti-level synthetic fuzzy cluster analysis was carried out by applying the frequencies of 21 genetic mark characters (i.e.6 blood protein loci,8 coat colour loci and 7 appearance characters) in 4 yellow cattle populations of Shaanxi.The results indicated that 4 yellow cattle populations of Shaanxi could be divided into the North and South types at MR4=0.974;and it is affirmed that Qinling Mountains is the demarcation line of the different types and that mufti level synthetic cluster was a most suitable method to yellow cattle breed classification at present.
