玉米不同基因型的抗旱性鉴定及遗传分析

摘    要:研究结果表明,武105的抗旱性最强;水分胁迫对植物产量性状、形态发育指标及生理性状的影响随着基因型及胁迫强度的不同而不同,单株籽粒产量对水分亏缺的反应最为敏感;抗旱系数、Eberhat-Russell稳定性参数(bi)及变异系数均能对供试材料的抗旱性做出客观地评价;从直观指标看,叶片窄长,雌雄发育协调,植棘体内水分含量及叶绿素含量高的基因型较抗旱;抗旱自交系在缺水条件下,一般配合力效应有所堤高,不抗旱自交系有所下降;抗旱自交系抗旱系数的一般配合力效应高,严重水分胁迫条件下抗旱系数的遗传主要受加性效应控制;控制产量与控制抗旱性的基因或基因系列不同,二者可独立进行选择.

Abstract:Using 9 inbred lines with defferent drought resistance and their diallel generations of maize carried out three trials.The methods of determining drought resistance, the relationship between drought resisrapt traits and plant productivity and the inheritance of yield per plant and droLght resistance were studled.The main results were as follows:There was a singnificant difference in genotypes for drought resistance.Wu 105 is the most resistant line to drought in 9 inbred lines;The affection of water diffcit for yield and yield components, plant.morphological and physiological characters charges with differcnce of genotype and degree of water stress.Grain yield per plant is the most susceptable character to water dificits Drought resistance coefficient (DRC),the Eberhart-Russells stability parcmeter''s bi and Gv% are good indexes of objective evaluation for drought resistance, respectively;More factores affeet yield per plant under stress conditions in conditions with irrigation treatm on its In respect of direct indexes, the genotypes with narrow-long leaf, good developing coordination of male and female, high water content in plant body and high chlorophyll content in leaf are drought resistant lines.These direct characters can be used to evaluate drought resistance before cross.It plays an important role in breeding for drought resistant genotypes With comparison to good water conditions, the GCA of draught-resistant genotypes increased,while no-drought-resistant inbred lines decreased under stress conditions.The GCA of drought-resistant inbred lines is greatsr then rlo-drought-resistant inbred lines for DRC.It''s inherentance is mainly controlled by additive gene effect in severe water stress condition;Yield and drought resistance are different traits that are controlled by different genes or gene systerns.They can be selected independently of one another.
