多效唑对甘蓝型油菜抗寒性的生理效应研究

摘    要:在田间低温条件下研究了MET对甘蓝型油菜638抗寒性的生理效应结果表明,冬前抽薹率、冻害指数较对照降低80%;叶柄维管组织分化加快,叶肉细胞层数增加;叶片细胞膜的相对透性降低;渗透物质(脯氨酸和可溶性糖)的含量增加。

Abstract:Under the low temperature conditions in the field, the effect of MET on the chilling-resistance of rape(Brassica napes L.)was studied from morphology, structure of leaf and leaf stalk and physiological effects in this paper. The experimental results showed that rape seedling treated with MET were creep, the bolting rate and freeze injury index reduced 8000 than that of control before winter. vascular differentiation of leaf stalk was accelerated, layer number of mesophyll was increased, relative permeability of leaf cell membrane reduced and the content of osmosis material such as soluble sugar and proline incrzased. It indicated that MET treatment can improve the chilling-resistance of rape.
