白菜型油菜细胞核雄性不育三系选育研究

摘    要:在白菜型油菜细胞核雄性不育研究中,一般只能获得不育率50%的两型系.将两型系的相应保持株自交,自交子代100%可育的原两型系称杂合两型系;自交子代出现1/4不育株的原两型系称纯合两型系.用纯合两型系中的不育株,与杂合两型系内的可育株测交,可获得100%不育株的全不育系.全不育系与原父本回交,回交子代出现50%的可育株,所以把杂合两型系中的可育株称为临保系.用全不育系与恢复系测交,选育出强优势的杂种组合.

Abstract:In the study of nuclear male sterility in B.campestris L.,generally,AB line with 50% male sterile plants can be only obtained.In selling F, of corresponding maintainer plants AB fine,if 100% male fertle plants appear,the AB line was called heterozygous AB line and if one fourth male sterile plant appear,the AB line was called homozygous AB line.In test crossing of sterile jplants inthe homozygous AB line and the male fertile plants in the heterozygous AB line,full male sterility line with 100% male sterile plants can be obtained.In BC F.of the full mate sterile line and its origin male parent,50% male fertile plants will appear,the male fertile plants in hete-rogous AB line were called temporary maintainer line.Hybrid combination with strong heterosis will be deve loped with test crossing of the full male sterility line and restoring line.
