| 摘 要： | 从ITS序列和ISSR分子标记水平对45株棉花黄萎菌进行遗传变异研究,共扩增到178条多态性条带,呈现丰富的多态性。依据ISSR分子标记的聚类分析结果、菌株的致病性以及ITS测序结果,可将45个菌株分为弱致病类型大丽轮枝菌、强致病类型大丽轮枝菌和变黑轮枝菌3类,ISSR分子标记多态性与棉花黄萎病菌的致病类型呈现一定的相关性,但与保存年限间无明显的相关性,所有菌株均表现出了典型的分子标记模式,仅有菌株394的ITS序列出现了单位点突变。
