外源ALA对NaCl胁迫下菠菜生理特性的影响

摘    要:以2个耐盐性不同的菠菜品种为材料,研究了外源ALA处理对100 mmol/L和200 mmol/LNaCl胁迫下菠菜生长及某些生理特性的影响.结果表明,外源ALA可促进盐胁迫下菠菜的生长,提高叶绿素和脯氨酸含量,降低叶片细胞膜相对透性和MDA含量.由此可见,外源ALA可增强盐胁迫下菠菜的生理特性,对盐胁迫具有较好的缓解作用,减轻盐胁迫对菠菜生长的抑制作用.

Abstract:Two spinach varieties with different salt tolerance were employed to study the effect of exogenous ALA on some physiological charact eristics of spinach under the stress resulting from 100 and 200 m mol·L-1 NaCl.The results showed that exogenous ALA could increase the spinach growth and their chlorophyll and proline content,while reduce spinach leaves cell membrane permeability and malondialdehy decontent(MDA).Obviously,exogenous ALA was favorable for its better physiological character istics,and had the potential for improving resist ance to salt injury,and lessened the damage of the NaCl stress on spinach growth.
