| 摘 要： | 在大田条件下考察了在基施农家肥、过磷酸钙、硫酸钾的基础上,氮肥(尿素)以种肥、冬前追肥、返青追肥不同的施肥方式施入对冬油菜生理生化指标、生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明,冬前施肥尤其是施种肥在改善与冬油菜抗性有关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)等生理生化指标方面都表现出了积极的作用,并可促进冬油菜的冬前生长,提高冬油菜的越冬率;在冬前施肥的基础上配合返青追肥可显著促进冬油菜的生长、提高越冬率、增加产量。

| Abstract: | With basal dressing of organic manure,Ca(H2PO4)2 and K2SO4,the effects of urea applied as manure,top dressing before and after winter on physiological index,growth and yield of winter rapaseed were studied under field conditions.The results showed that the top dressing before winter improved and had positive effects on the physiological index associated with winter-survive,such as SOD,CAT activity,content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and Proline.It also can improve the growth and survival rate of winter rapaseed.But the pattern of single top dressing was disadvantage to survival rate of winter rapaseed.With top dressing before winter,fertilizing after winter can improve the yield of winter rapaseed.The results indicated that the winter rapaseed fertilizing in the "base fertilizer manure fertilizer top dressing after winter" model can adequately improve the growth,overwintering rate and yield. |
