甘蓝一代杂种秦甘60及其双亲的同工酶电泳分析

摘    要:应用同工酶电泳技术,分析了甘蓝一代杂种秦甘60及其亲本叶片中的过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶同工酶(EST)图谱。结果表明,甘蓝秦甘60(F1)及其亲本在苗期的POD酶谱和EST酶谱表现相一致,都表现为单一亲本型,具有母本的完整酶带。对秦甘60(F1)杂交率的鉴定在其反交种中是可以利用POD酶Rf0.227、0.273酶带或EST酶Rf0.778酶带将其与父本自交种区分开,但在正交种中与母本自交种不易区别。

Abstract:Applying to isozymes electrophoresis technique,this article analysised the hybrids of cabbage Qingan60 and its parents in seedling stage.The result showed that the hybrids and its parents' POD isoenzyme patterns in leaves were similar to EST isoenzyme patterns.They all have the whole isoenzyme of female plant,all showing the single parent shape.According to the identification of crossing rate of Qingan60(F1),it can be separated the reciprocal crosses hybrids from self-pollinated seeds by using the bands of POD Rf 0.227,0.273 or the bands of EST Rf 0.778.Otherwise orthogonal hybrids are difficult to separate from self-pollinated seeds.
