| 摘 要： | 以西瓜材料F011、M05以及两者的F1代（少籽）为试材,采用间接酶联免疫测定技术,比较了3个西瓜材料果实发育过程中内源激素,IAA、GA3、ABA和iPAs的含量变化,对少籽西瓜种子败育的成因进行了分析.结果表明,F1果实中IAA、GA3、ABA和iPAs的含量变化异常于亲本,IAA、GA3和iPAs在球形胚期相对亏损达到30%～70%,而ABA的含量最高值则为亲本同期的2倍,显著富足.同时,3个材料IAA/ABA、ABA/GA3和ABA/iPAs的比值变化趋势差异明显,说明内源激素动态变化及它们之间的比例平衡与西瓜胚胎败育有着密切联系.

| Abstract: | Changes of IAA,GA3,ABA,iPAs content in the embryos of three watermelon strain(F011,M05,F1),were determined with indirect ELISA method.The results indicated:F1,the seedless watermelon,showed the abnormal variation.Compared with F011 and M05,the content of IAA,GA3,iPAs in F1 was lower about 30%~70%,while the ABA content was higher about twice in the globular stages.The variations in the ratio of IAA/ABA,ABA/GA3,ABA/iPAs were distinct,showing that the balance of hormones was critical to regulating development of embryo. |
