新疆主栽小麦HMW谷蛋白亚基遗传变异研究

摘    要:采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)技术对新疆近50年以来年推广面积达2万hm^2以上的34个主栽小麦品种高分子谷蛋白亚基(GLU-1)位点的遗传组成进行了研究,认为新疆主栽小麦品种高分子谷蛋白亚基具有较丰富的遗传变异,共检测到了12种亚基和16种亚基组合类型,根据亚基组成进行的品质评分分析结果表明,新疆主栽小麦品种品质评分在4-10之间,平均5.79,这可能是新疆小麦中缺乏优质强筋小麦的遗传原因,除60年代外,其他各时期品种平均品质评分差异不大,本文筛选到6份具有5+10亚基,4份具有2亚基,4份具有1亚基的品种供育种工作者在以后的育种工作中利用。

Abstract:The genetic variation at Glu-1locus of 34 Xinjiang elite wheat cultivars was detected by using SDS-PAGE.The high level of genetic variation at Glu-1 locus was detected.In this study,tweleve subunits and sixteen subunit combinations were found,respectively.The quality scores of each elite cultivar at Glu-1 have been calculated according to the method described by Payne et al (1987).The mean quality score in 34 genotypes was 5.79,ranging from 4 to 10.Six genotypes carried 5+10 subunits,four genotype carried 2* subunit,four genotype carried 1 subunit will been screened for the quality breeding program.
