摘    要:以豫烟5号、豫烟6号、中烟98、中烟100、中烟101和云烟85为试验材料,研究不同烤烟品种不同生长阶段碳氮代谢的规律以及质量差异.结果表明,从移栽后45 d开始,不同生长阶段烟叶色素含量、硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性都存在显著性差异,随着烟叶的生长成熟,叶绿素、硝酸还原酶和转化酶活性均呈下降趋势;不同烤烟烟叶除质体色素含量...

Abstract:The differences of foliar carbon and nitrogen metabolism among cultivars of flue-cured tobacco were studied with the materials of Yuyan5,Yuyan6,ZY98,ZY100,ZY101 and Yunyan85.The results showed that,(i) From 45 days after cultivation,in different growth periods,the pigments and activities of nitrate reductase(NR) and invertase(Inv) had significant differences.With the growth of tobacco leaves,the pigments,NR activity and Inv activity showed a downward trend.(ii) The content of pigments showed significant dif...
