大麦冠层温度及其与光合性能的关联

摘    要:为了解不同大麦品种冠层温度及光合生理特性,应用红外测温仪对大麦植株开花至成熟期的冠层温度进行长期观测,并测定功能叶的叶绿素含量和光合性能。结果表明,自然界大麦品种的冠层温度存在明显差异,95-83、D-18、法瓦维特持续偏低,甘啤4号、哈瑞特、99-6持续偏高。冠层温度持续偏低的大麦品种在花后功能叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等方面具有显著优势,且叶绿素含量、净光合速率下降缓慢。由此可见,大麦冠层温度与其光合性能密切相关。
