摘    要:为了提高菠菜种子的发芽势,采用6种处理方法:①-0.4MPa的PEG-6000渗透调节处理;②不同浓度的KNO_3处理;③不同浓度的GA_3处理;④20%H_2O_2处理;⑤20%H_2O_2处理5min后再用不同浓度的GA_3处理;⑥1%硼酸处理来测验其在提高种子发芽势上的有效性。结果表明,除20%H_2O_2处理和1%硼酸处理能显著提高种子的发芽势外,其余4个处理对提高种子发芽势均无效果。

Abstract:To enhance spinach seeds germination, spinach seeds were subjected to:(1)preconditioning with -0.4MPa PEG-6000;(2)different concentration KNO3;(3)250 mg/L and 500 mg/L GA3?(4) 20% H2O2;(5)different concentration GA3 after using 20% H2O2 treatment;(6)1% boric acid. The only effective treatments were 20% H2O2 and 1% boric acid. The different concentration KNO3 treatment were harmful to the germination of spinach seeds. Treatments with GA3 and preconditioning with 0. 4 Mpa PEG-6000 had no effect. Socking in 20% H2O2 for 5 min and the addition of GA3 were harmful to the germination of spinach seeds.
