BMY肉牛育种性状的遗传参数估计

BMY肉牛是云南省肉牛和牧草研究中心与西北农林科技大学合作,拟培育的适合我国热带、亚热带气候的肉牛新品种（系）,本文利用3个BMY牛扩繁场近五年来2 535头次的育种记录,对生长性状中的初生重、断奶重、周岁重、18月龄重、24月龄重、育肥期日增重以及繁殖性状中的初产年龄和产犊间隔共8个性状进行了遗传统计分析,应用动物模型,借助MT-DFREML方法估计上述性状的遗传参数,并考虑母体效应。结果表明,BMY肉牛初生重、断奶重、周岁重、18月龄重、24月龄重、育肥期日增重、初产年龄和产犊间隔的遗传力分别为：0.34、0.38、0.34、0.40、0.48、0.54、0.12和0.09;生长性状的直接加性遗传效应和母体加性遗传效应呈较高强度的负相关（-0.30--0.98）;繁殖性状的直接加性遗传效应和母体加性遗传效应呈较弱的正相关（0.01、0.02）;表明母体效应对生长性状的影响是负效应。

Estimated BMY Beef Cattle Breeding Traits' Inheritance Parameter

B M Y beef cattle is a new kind beef cattle cultivated in Yunnan Beef Cattle and Pasture Research Center and Northwest A&F University.,which is adapt to tropic,sub-tropic climate,approximately 2535 time breeding notes were used in three BMY ctittle enlarge reproduction field,birth weight,weaning weight,year weight,18-month weight,24month weight,fattening period daily weight,reproduction trait growth trait,the age of first child,csluing interval,8 trait in general as gcy netic statistic analysis by animal model and MT-DFREM to estimate the above genetic parameter,and combined with maternal influence.The result showed that the heritabilities of birth weight,weaning weight,yearling weight,18-month weight,24month weight,fattering period daily weight,reproduction trait growth trait,the age of giving birth,csluing interval of BMY ctittle is 0.34,0.38,0.34,0.40,0.48,0.54,0.12,0.09 respectively.Direct maternal genetic correlations of growth traits and maternal genetic correlations from 0.30 to -0.98; Direct maternal genetic correlations of reproduction traits and metal maternal genetic correlations from 0.01 to 0.02; The result showed maternal influence to growth trait is minus effect.
