摘    要:以两组甘蓝型油菜有限花序/无限花序近等基因系及4份不同背景的甘蓝型油菜有限花序品系为材料,在相同的遗传背景下比较有限花序和无限花序在各农艺性状的差异。结果表明,相对于无限花序,甘蓝型油菜有限花序能提前终花和成熟、缩短主花序长度、降低株高、增强抗倒伏性、增加分枝数,但对初花期、全株有效角果数、千粒质量、每角粒数、单株产量和小区产量没有影响。

Abstract:In this study,two pairs of near-isogenic lines of determinate/indeterminate inflorescence of Brassica napus and four determinate inflorescence lines with different backgrounds were used as plant materials to compare the differences of various agronomic traits between determinate and indeterminate inflorescences under the same genetic background.The results showed that,compared with the indeterminate inflorescence,the determinate inflorescence of Brassica napus could advance the final flowering and maturity,shorten the length of the main inflorescence,reduce the plant height,enhance the lodging resistance and increase the number of branches.However,it had no strong effect on the siliques,the thousand-seed mass,the seeds per silique and the seed yield per plant as well as yield per plot.
