杏果实生长发育生理学研究

摘    要:对大曹杏果实生长发育过程中呼吸速率、乙烯释放量、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶的变化规律研究表明,呼吸速率与乙烯释放量在落花后较高,而在果实发育过程中则保持较低水平,在果实进入核层硬化期,PPO和POD活性均较强,这可能与木质素的大量形成有关。

Abstract:The trends of fruit growth and development, respiratory rate, ethylene production, polyphenoloxidase and perocidase activities have been studied in apricots variety "Da Chaoen".The results showed that the respiratory rate and ethylene production were high at the beginning,but they remain lwver level during the grwvth and development of fruit.Peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase activities increased steadily during the harden season of the stone,which is positively related with the synthesis of the lignin.
