| 摘 要： | 有用FAO规定的玻片浸渍法，测定了杨凌和洛川地区苹果山楂叶螨对6种杀螨药剂的抗药性。结果表明，杨凌地区的山楂叶螨尚未产生明显的抗性，洛川地区山楂叶螨对这6种药剂的抗性不同，对灭扫利较敏感，相对抗性倍数仅为3.00；对甲基1605、氧化乐果、久效磷表现为中抗，相对抗性倍数分别为12．33、9．83、18．98；对三氯杀螨醇和克螨特的相对抗性倍数为27．61、26．44，达高抗水平。

| Abstract: | By means of the slide dip method recommended by FAO,the baseline of Tetranychus viennensis Zacher to 6 kinds of insecticides and mietcides were estabilished,according to the susceptible strain of the mite on apple trees in Jiangzhang.The level of the insecticide-resistance of the mites population were tested.The results showed that the mite displayed no resistane to 6 kinds of pesticides in Yangling and obvious resistance to these pesticides except fenpropathrin in Luochuan. |
