E2、P4、OT和PGF对猪PBMC活性的影响

摘    要:应用MTT比色法,以四因素四水平L16(4^5)的正交试验测定E2、P4、OT和PGF2a四种激素对猪的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的转化效果。结果显示,所选的4种激素在不同浓度组合时刺激PBMC转化的作用不同。这4种激素对PBMC的转化影响的强度依次为:PGFza、OT、E2、P4。在试验剂量范围内,E2 0.1Pg/mL、P41 ng/mL、OT 10 pg/mL、PGF2a 100 ng/mL时,其共同作用对PBMC转化活性最强。提示在不同生理时期,由于机体内各种激素浓度变化不同,免疫系统也发生相应的变化。
