烟草野火病土壤颉颃细菌的筛选和鉴定

摘    要:从植物根系的土壤中分离到127个细菌分离物,皿内实验筛选出对烟草野火病有抑制作用的菌株6个,盆栽试验表明,菌株S1对烟草野火病兼有保护和治疗作用,防效分别为85.98%和76.95%,同时菌株S1对植株还具有明显的促生作用。经鉴定菌株S1为芽孢杆菌属枯草芽孢杆菌。

Abstract:127 bacterial strains were isolated from rhizosphere soils.The result of plate test showed that six strains had antagonistic activity against the tobacco wildfire disease.In pot experiment,strain S_1 had a protective efficiency of 85.98% and therapeutic efficiency of 76.95% against the tobacco wildfire disease.In addition,strain S_1 appeared promoting effect on the tobacco growth.This strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis.
