摘    要:为加快新优花灌木美国蜡梅的引种驯化,以美国蜡梅一年生苗为试验材料,进行容器规格与基质配比的双因素试验,通过测定形态及生理指标,筛选适宜组合。容器规格(A)3种(A_1:12 cm×18 cm;A_2:14 cm×18 cm;A_3:16 cm×18 cm),基质配比(B)3种,(B_1园土:泥炭:珍珠岩为1:0:0;B_2为2:1:1;B_3为1:2:1)。结果显示,两因素对各指标影响差异显著,其交互效应也有一定影响。增大容器规格,增加泥炭的体积比可促进生长,提高苗木质量,同时还利于分蘖。出于经济考虑,A_2规格、B_2基质最为适宜。A_1B_1处理各指标最小;A_3B_3组合苗木质量最佳,地径7.87 mm,生物量18.8 g,质量指数0.19,叶绿素总量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别为2.21 mg·g~(-1)、3.78%和10.83mg·g~(-1);A2B3、A_2B_2与A_3B_2组合次之,前者可节省空间,后者可节省泥炭使用量,可依生产需求选择。

Abstract:In order to speed up the introduction and acclimation of the excellent and novel flowering shrub Calycanthus floridus, we took one-year-old C. floridus as the experimental material to explore the effect of container size and growing medium on its growth to determine an optimal combination of container and medium. Morphological and physiological indicators were measured. Three container sizes (A1:12 ×18 cm, A2:14 ×18 cm, and A3:16 ×18 cm) and three growing media that were mixed with nursery soil, peat and perlite in the proportions of 1:0:0, 2:1:1 and 1:2:1 (B1, B2 and B3), were designed. Results showed that all related indexes were significant, and their interactions were also significant. When the size of container and the volume of peat were increased appropriately, the growth amount, quality indexes and tillers of C. floridus increased correspondingly. For the economic reason, A2 container size, plus B2 medium was the most appropriate, while A1B1 was the worst. The quality of seedlings under A3B3 treatment was the best with the seedling height of 76.60 cm, ground diameter of 7.87 mm, total biomass of 18.8 g, quality index of 0.19 and the total chlorophyll, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents were 2.21 mg.g-1, 3.78%, and 10.83 mg.g-1, respectively. The quality of seedlings under A2B3, A2B2 and A3B2 treatments came next and the former two could save space, while the latter could save peat, which could be chosen according to production needs.
