饥饿状态下瓦氏黄颡鱼氨氮排泄及鱼体生化组成变化

摘    要:在饥饿状态下,对瓦氏黄颡鱼的氨氮排泄率和鱼体组成成分进行了测定.结果表明,瓦氏黄颡鱼的氨氮排泄率在饥饿前期先升高后下降;在饥饿10~20 d氨氮排泄率无显著变化;20 d后氨氮排泄率呈下降趋势.饥饿鱼体取样结果显示,饥饿前鱼体的蛋白质、脂肪和灰份的含量分别为总体重的13.56%、21.84%和2.35%;随着饥饿时间的延长,灰份含量呈上升趋势,蛋白质含量逐渐下降,脂肪含量在饥饿初期显著下降.在饥饿半致死时,蛋白质、脂肪和灰份的含量分别为总体重的7.14%、4.81%和3.92%.

Abstract:Ammonia-N excretion rate and body biochemistry composition of Pelteobagrus vachelli were meastired during starvation. Ammonia-N excretion rate increased at the beginning period and then decreased in the following starvation days; From the 10th to 20th day, the excretion rate changed insignificantly,then it decreased during the following days, The result of body biochemical composition showed that the content of protein,lipid and ash were 13.56% ,21.84% and 2. 35% at the beginning;The content of ash increased but the content of protein and lipid decreased. At the median lethal time of starvation, those indexes were 7. 14%, 4.81% and 3.92%, respectively.
