农村普惠金融供给与农民生活富裕耦合关系研究

运用耦合度模型和阻碍度模型对2010—2019年农村普惠金融供给与农民生活富裕耦合协调关系进行检验。结果表明,农村普惠金融供给与农民生活富裕耦合度较低但处于逐年改善状态。阻碍度检验表明,当前阻碍农村普惠金融供给与农民生活富裕耦合协调发展的主要因素来自农村普惠金融供给,小微企业贷款、扶贫贷款是主要阻碍因子。建议从提高协调关系、提高农民可支配收入、着重解决小微企业贷款与扶贫贷款获得性问题等方面促进农村普惠金融供给与农民生活富裕耦合协调发展。

Research on the Coupling Relationship between Rural Inclusive Financial Supply and Farmers' Affluence

This paper uses the model of coupling degree and hindrance degree to test the coupling coordination relationship between rural inclusive financial supply and farmers'' affluence from 2010 to 2019. The results show that the coupling degree between them is relatively low, but it is improving year by year. The hindrance test shows that the main factors that hinder the coupling and coordinated development of rural inclusive financial supply and farmers'' affluence lie in rural inclusive financial supply, especially small and micro enterprise loans and poverty alleviation loans. Based on our finding, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the coupling and coordinated development of rural inclusive financial supply and farmers'' affluence. First, development should be achieved in both sides; Second, farmers'' disposable income should be increased; Third, loans for small and micro enterprises and poverty alleviation loans should be more available.
