安庆猪与淮猪面纹研究

测定肥育期的１０头安庆猪和１０头淮猪的面纹模式和生产性能，探索两者之间的关系。显示，安庆猪的面纹走向是纵横兼有，而淮猪则是以纵向为主。这庆猪的面纹数与头重、皮重、后腿率、板油重、花油重等呈显著相关，淮猪的面纹数则与出栏体重、头重、后腿率、后腿重、肾重呈显著相关，面纹数可以作为指示参数用于选择有肥育性能。

Study on the Face Folds of Anqin Pig And Huai Pig

Anqin finishers and 1 0 Huai finishers were tested for their face fold patterns andproduction performances as to investigate the relationshipe among them. The results showed thatthe face fold direction of Anqin pig was both longitudinal and lateral while that of Huai pig wasmainly longitudinal,The face fold number was significantly correlated with the head weight, skinweight, ham%,leaf fat weight and abdominal fat weight(0.81,0.76,68,-0.89,-0.71 , respectively for Anqin pig. The face fold number was significantly correlated with thefinish weight, head weight, ham%, ham weight and kidney weight(-0.67,-0. 70,-0. 80,-0. 71,-0. 82, respectively for Huai pi The face fold numbers are suggested to be used asindicators of finisher performances for selection. However , the correlations of one breed can notbe readily used for another breed due to their special breed characteristics.
