SDBS对鲫鱼体内Pb、Cd的蓄积、分布与排出的影响

摘    要:对重金属Pb、Cd在鲫鱼体内的蓄积、分布与排出规律以及表面活性剂SDBS对鲫鱼体内Pb、Cd的蓄积、分布与排出的影响进行研究.结果表明,Pb和Cd在鲫鱼体内的蓄积量随着暴露时间的延长而增加,SDBS能延缓鲫鱼体内Pb、Cd的蓄积;Pb和Cd进入鲫鱼体后在不同部位中的含量从高到低依次为内脏>头部>腹肌>背肌,添加SDBS后,鱼体各部位中Pb、Cd的含量有不同程度的降低,但未改变重金属在鱼体内的分布规律;SDBS能加快鱼体内Pb、Cd的排出,鱼体内Pb、Cd的排出速率比蓄积慢.

Abstract:The accumulation,distribution and elimination of lead and cadmium in Carassius auratus and the effects of SDBS,a kind of surfactant,on the accumulation,distribution and elimination of lead and cadmium in Carassius auratus were studied.The results showed that the content of lead and cadmium increased with exposure time and SDBS slowed down the accumulation of lead and cadmium in Carassius auratus.The concent order of lead and cadmium in different tissues of Carassius auratus was innards>head>paunch muscle>back muscle,the concent of lead and cadmium in different tissues decreased after adding SDBS.SDBS quickened the elimination of lead and cadmium in Carassius auratus and the elimination rate was slower than the accumulation rate.
