推进社会主义和谐文化建设的若干思考

党的“十八大”报告明确提出了“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的战略决策，和谐文化作为中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分，基于构建和谐社会的实践需要应运而生，具有丰富的内涵和鲜明的特征，它既是构建和谐社会的重要内容，又是实现社会和谐的文化源泉。和谐文化重在建设，不仅要植根传统文化的深厚土壤，更要汲取外来文化的营养成分，不仅要有科学理论的指导，更要有具体实践的推动。

Thinking on Promoting the Construction of Socialist Harmonious Culture

The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the strategy of developing a strong socialist culture in China. As an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, the harmonious culture emerges based on the practical need of constructing the harmonious society. It has rich connotations and distinctive characteristics. Moreover, it is not only the important part of constructing the harmonious society, but also the cultural source to achieve the social harmony. The construction of the harmonious culture is very important, which needs not only to be rooted in the rich soil of the traditional culture, but also to absorb the essence of the foreign culture. Additionally it needs not only the guidance of the scientific theories, and more importantly, the impetus of the concrete practices.
