农村公共服务供给优化研究:内涵、价值和路径

当前如何优化农村公共服务供给，是党和国家高度重视的社会议题。农村公共服务供给包括提供和生产两个部分，优化农村公共服务供给旨在保障供需平衡、实现有效供给和提升人民满意度。优化农村公共服务供给是事关国家共享工程、乡村振兴战略和农村人民幸福的重要举措，但目前我国农村公共服务在供给主体、供给决策和供给内容等方面，都还存在一定的不足。因此，优化农村公共服务供给应从以下几方面着手：整合供给主体，助推农村公共服务供给多样化；完善供给决策机制，助推农村公共服务供给民主化；优化供给内容，助推农村公共服务供给均等化。

How to optimize rural public service supply is, at present, a social issue that our Party and state attach great importance to. The rural public service supply includes two parts, supply and production, and to optimize the supply is to ensure the balance between supply and demand, guarantee effective supply and improve the people''s satisfaction. The optimization is an important measure closely related to the national sharing project, rural revitalization strategy and rural people''s well-being, but there are still some deficiencies in the subjects, decision making and contents of the supply. Therefore, it is necessary to start from such aspects as integrating the supply subjects, improving the decision making and optimizing the supply contents so as to realize the diversification, democratization and equalization of rural public service supply.
