安徽省经济增长质量动态多维综合测度与分析——兼与全国、浙江省的比较

建立衡量安徽省经济增长质量的多维度指标体系，运用时序因子分析方法测算2000—2012年安徽省、浙江省、全国的经济增长质量指数和各维度指数，并通过二次加权评价法将动态指数转化为静态综合值，数据揭示出2000—2012年间安徽省经济增长质量在波动中稳定提升，各维度质量水平差异明显；从近期看，安徽省经济增长质量总体上高于全国、浙江省水平，其中，经济增长的稳定性和持续性水平均低于浙江省、全国，经济增长的协调性水平高于全国而低于浙江省，潜力水平优于浙江省而低于全国，福利性水平显著超出浙江省和全国。

Dynamic Multi dimensional Comprehensive Measurement and Analysis of Economic Growth Quality in Anhui Province: In Contrast to Zhejiang Province and the Whole Country

This paper is aimed to establish the multi dimensional index system to measure the quality of economic growth of Anhui Province, apply the time series analysis to measure the quality index and multi dimensional index of economic growth of Anhui, Zhejiang and the whole country during the period from 2000 to 2012, and transform the dynamic index into static index by the second weighted method. The data show that the quality of economic growth of Anhui Province stably rose with fluctuation and the difference among dimension quality levels is obvious during the period from 2000 to 2012. Recently, the quality of economic growth of Anhui Province is basically higher than the whole country and Zhejiang Province. Its stability and sustainability level of economic growth are lower than those of Zhejiang Province and the whole country, its coordination level is higher than that of the whole country and lower than that of Zhejiang Province, its potentiality level is higher than that of Zhejiang Province and lower than that of the whole country, and its welfare level far exceeds that of Zhejiang Province and the whole country.
