摘    要:利用叶绿素荧光仪和光合测定系统研究了茶树受到害虫茶尺蠖危害后的补偿光合生理变化.结果表明,茶树在受到茶尺蠖危害后的21 d之内,受害叶片和同株未受害叶片的光系统Ⅱ的光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递速率(ETR)和净光合速率(Pn)的值均高于对照,NPQ明显低于对照,且这种差异在危害后第7 d最大,随后逐渐减小.说明茶树对茶尺蠖危害后,诱导产生了补偿光合作用,且补偿能力随时间的推移而变小.此外,茶树在茶尺蠖取食后,气孔导度和蒸腾速率增加.

Abstract:The compensatory photosynthesis physiology of tea plant for herbivory by Ectropis oblique was studied with chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthesis measure system.The results showed that photosynthetic efficiency(Fv/Fm),photosynthetic capacity(ETR) and photosynthetic rate(Pn) increased,and non-photochemical quenching(NPQ) decreased,within 21 d after damage,compared with the control.In addition,the differences between the treated and control were significant within 7 d after damage,and there were nearly no differences after 21 d.These suggested that the compensatory photosynthesis for tea plant was induced by Ectropis oblique,and the capacity depended on time.The transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased after damage,too.
