不同能量的氮离子注入棉花种子的诱变效应研究

摘    要:利用不同能量的氮离子注入棉花种子,分析了M1代的损伤效应及M2代的诱变效应。结果表明,30Kev的氮离子M1代损伤度显著大于20Kev,M2代农艺性状变异谱较20Kev宽,30Kev变异率是20Kev的2-4倍,有较好的诱变效果。

Abstract:Using N + ion implantation with different energy into dry seeds of cotton,injury effects in M 1 generation and mutagenic effects in M 2 generation were analysed.The results showed that the injury rate of N + ion implantation with 30 Kev energy in M 1 generation was significant greater than that with 20 Kev energy.And its wider variation spectrum of agronomic characters in M 2 generation was demonstrated.The variation rate of the 30 Kev in M 2 was 2 to 4 times of the 20 Kev.A satisfactory mutagenic effect could be obtained by N + ion implantation with 30 Kev energy.
