摘    要:叶序(Phyllotaxis)是指植物叶片在茎或枝条上坐落有序的排列方式。早期对叶序发育的研究工作主要集中在叶序形态学观察上,随着分子生物学的不断发展,科学家们开始揭示了这一过程背后的分子机制。研究表明,叶序发育受到多个基因的精细调控,同时,生长素和细胞分裂素等激素在叶序发育中起着重要的作用。大量的分子组分、物理因素以及复杂的调控网络共同决定了植物叶序的模式。对近年来国内外有关叶序模式调控的分子机制研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Phyllotaxis is the orderly arrangement of the leaves on stem or branches of a plant. Early research on phyllotaxis was mainly focused on the morphologic observation, however, with the continuous development of molecular biology, the molecular mechanism behind this process began to be revealed. Many studies showed that multiple genes precisely regulate the occurrence of phyllotaxis, meanwhile, hormones such as auxin and cytokinin play important roles in phyllotaxis development. A large number of molecular components, physical factors and complex regulatory networks jointly determine the plant phyllotaxis pattern. This article reviewed the recent advances in molecular mechanisms related to the regulation of plant phyllotaxis patterns at home and abroad.
