白腹皮蠹幼虫肠道细菌分离及鉴定

摘    要:为了研究白腹皮蠹幼虫肠道环境中的细菌种类,从中分离、纯化、培养,获得6个细菌菌株,对其培养性状、染色反应、菌体形态、生理生化反应进行系统研究。鉴定结果表明,上述6个细菌菌株分别属于坚强芽孢杆菌(Bacillus firmus)、气微菌属(Aeromicrobium Miller,Woese and Brenner,1978)、浸麻芽孢杆菌(Bacillus macerans)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus Rosenback,1884)、巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)和短芽孢杆菌(Bacillus brevis)。从白腹皮蠹肠道环境中分离出6个菌株,鉴定出分类地位,菌株之间的数量存在明显差异,以巨大芽孢杆菌数量最多(5.32×1019),需要进一步研究该6个菌株在白腹皮蠹肠道环境中的具体作用,以期寻求有效防治白腹皮蠹的新途径。

Abstract:In order to study the bacterial population of the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer, six kinds of bacteria were isolated from the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer after separation and purification. In addition, the bacterial modality, dyeing reaction, cultural character and physiological and biochemical reactions were studied systematically. The identification results showed that the six bacteria belong to Bacillus firmus, Aeromicrobium, Bacillus macerans, Staphylococcus, Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus brevis, respectively. The significant differences among the counts of the 6 strains isolated from the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer were observed, and Bacillus megaterium was the predominant species (5.32×1019). The specific function of each bacterium on the larvae of Dermestes Maculatus Degeer need to be further studied for finding an effective method to prevent Dermestes Maculatus Degeer.
