摘    要:对1株能高效降解几种有机磷农药的菌株S3的应用进行了研究。结果表明,菌株S3可以甲胺磷和乐果作为唯一碳氮源生长,对甲胺磷的降解效果最好,降解率为52.1%。在添加其他碳氮源的3种有机磷农药的培养液中,对3种农药都有明显降解作用,其中对敌敌畏的降解效果最好,降解率为70.3%。

Abstract:A bacterial strain S3 in degradation of several kinds of organophosphate pesticides was studied. The results showed that the strain S3 could grow in culture liquid with methamidophos or dimethoate as the sole carbon and nitrogen sources, and the degradation of methamidophos was best, with 52.1% degradation rate . The strain S3 could significantly degrade three organophosphate pesticides in culture liquid with additional carbon and nitrogen, and the degradation of dichlorvos was best, with 70.3% degradation rate.
