摘    要:以茭白(Zizania latifolia Turcz.)的单季茭品种‘蒋墅茭’和双季茭品种‘葑红早’为试材,土壤为栽培介质,对Cd2+100 mg·L-1的胁迫进行不同肥料处理,并添加不同浓度的硫,对茭白部分生理生化指标及产量进行了测定。结果表明,随硫处理浓度的增加,茭白植株受镉胁迫伤害的程度呈逐渐下降的变化趋势。当硫处理浓度为2 mmol.L-1时,茭白的产量达最大,其后随硫处理浓度的增加而持续下降,但均高于不施硫的处理。不同肥料处理间以有机肥处理时茭白的可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力及产量高于无机肥处理;品种间存在差异。

Abstract:The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in leaves and roots of Zizania latifolia and their yields were studied on single-harvested cultivar Jiangshu and double-harvested cultivar Fenghongzao, which were treated with Cd2+ 100 mg·L-1 and different concentrations of sulfate in soil added by organic fertilizer (OF) and inorganic fertilizer (IF) respectively. Meanwhile, the interaction effects among them were investigated as well. The results are as follows. Injury of Cd2+ stress to Zizania latifolia decrease with increasing of the concentration of SO42-. At 2 mmol·L-1 of SO42-, the yield of Zizania latifolia reached the maximum, and then it descended when the concentration of SO42- was more than 2 mmol·L-1, but the yield of Zizania latifolia fertilized with SO42- was still higher than that without it. The contents of soluble protein, the activity of the root system and the yield of Zizania latifolia treated with organic fertilizer were higher than those with inorganic fertilizer. There were differences between cultivars.
